In 1976, David Kahler joined his father's enterprise, eventually assuming full ownership in 1992. Today, as the Owner Broker of Keller Williams Black Hills, David leads a legacy rooted in family values and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
From its origins as a family-owned venture, Keller Williams has ascended to become a premier brokerage in the Black Hills Real Estate Market. Since our transition, our agency has expanded exponentially, growing from 33 agents to over 150 since 2014, with a recent expansion into Eastern Wyoming. This growth has accompanied a remarkable rise in market share, propelling us from 4th to 1st place.
