Tom has 20+ years of real estate experience, including Residential, Commercial, Business, Farm & Ranch, Multi-Family, Land sales, and Buyer Representation. Tom is an active Broker Associate with KW Black Hills and has also been licensed in MT, WY, and OK. Tom has held not only a Sales Associate license, but also has many years of experience as a Broker Associate, and as an Owner Broker. His experience includes managing many of his personal real estate investments, rehabbing houses and multi-family properties, and managing many single-family and multi-family properties for past clients.
Tom has also been actively involved in Commercial, Industrial, and Office property sales, and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
